Purposes Recovery is a Detox/Residential treatment center located in Los Angeles, California. We provide an interdisciplinary therapeutic drug rehab designed to address the root causes of addiction.

Purposes Recovery is a private adult treatment center providing fully tailored detox and residential treatment for substance use disorders and mild to moderate co-occurring mental health concerns.

Nurse (LVN) Responsibilities:

• Conducting intakes for Detox and Residential Treatment
• Coordinating care with our therapists, counselors, and other nurses
• Overseeing self-administration of medications
• Utilization review with insurance companies
• Overseeing and training medical assistants

Nurse (LVN) Qualifications:

• Active CA LVN license
• Maintain current CPR & First Aid Certification
• One year experience in detox/addiction required
• Able to pass background check
• Drug screening clearance
• Computer literacy, proficiency in typing required. Knowledge of Kipu is a plus.

Job Types: Full-Time or Part-time: AM, SWING, OVERNIGHT
