Salary· Assist with self-administration of medication policy to document and observe resident medication regimen for all residents at all levels of care.
· Ensures accurate documentation on medication orders.
· Observe residents, charts and reports changes in residents' conditions, such as adverse reactions to medication or treatment and taking any necessary action.
· Measures and records patients' vital signs, such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration when required.
·Reviews medication logs and consults with residents and physicians regarding refills.
· Perform proper medication count and ensure documentation reflects the narcotic count log, at all times.
· Is responsible for maintaining ethical practices and maintain perimeters designated by scope of practice.
· Provide patients medication and drug education.
Training will be provided
All staff are to wear face masks at all times on-site. All staff are to be tested ever 1-2 weeks on-site or off-site if preferred. Patients are tested frequently with both blood and nasal COVID Tests. Everyone that enters the facility must be screened for COVID19
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
License/Certification:
- LVN License (Required)
- CPR Certification (Required)
