Registered Nurse

Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assess and document patient symptoms, progress, and response to treatment
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive care
- Ensure proper sterilization of medical equipment and instruments in the sterile processing area
- Develop and implement discharge plans for patients transitioning from the hospital to home or other healthcare facilities

Experience:
- Experience in acute pain management
- Knowledge of working with people with developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with ICD-10 coding system for accurate medical documentation
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [Cal]

- Must have Kipu experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
