Information System Security Officer (Isso)

ASM Research is seeking an ISSO to apply security skills to design, build and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. This SME will provide services to safeguard information, infrastructures, applications, and business processes against cyber threats.

• Coordinate with the ISSM & ISSE to ensure the DevSecOps system maintains compliance with the client’s authority to operate across NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS
• Maintain the DevSecOps system eMASS records
• Ensure the DevSecOps system maintains a secure posture with respect to policy, procedures and client standards and perform vulnerability assessments as needed
• Review and assess the risk of all Coder Workspace images
• Review and assess the risk of all software libraries made available to customers by the DevSecOps team

Minimum Qualifications

• BS in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics with at least 5 years of experience as a cybersecurity professional or 10 years of experience as a cybersecurity professional in lieu of a degree
• 5 years of experience with assessment and accreditation of a national security system (NSS)
• DoD 8570 certification
• We are looking for a “technical” ISSO that can work with engineers, system components, and get very hands-on with assessment. The successful candidate will have one of the following certifications to meet IAT Level II DoD 8570 requirements:
• CCNA-Security
• CySA+
• GICSP
• GSEC
• Security+ CE
• CND
• SSCP
• An active TS/SCI clearance is required to start

• Guides the successful completion of major projects.

$100-150k
