Pay $21-23/HR BOE

Qualifications / Responsibilities:
· 2 years in Customer Service/Admin Assistant role
· High School Diploma /GED
· Basic Math Skills required.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Exemplary customer care skills
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to adapt and change, taking on other duties as assigned.
· Must be detail oriented, organized, and meticulous about their work.
· Strong Computer Skills/Microsoft Suite knowledge required.
· Ability to work in a fast paced, working environment required.
· Experience with shipping and receiving documentation preferred not required.
· NetSuite knowledge preferred but not required.
· Must be punctual.
· Upload tracking to Company software as well as uploading international orders.
· Receive and provide quotes via UPS/FedEx/DHE/SAIA/ FTL
· Order entry
· Communicate with customers by phone and by email.
· Solve customer problems and find the best possible solutions.
· Receive and register deliveries.
· Distributing packages and letters within the company
· Assisting the sales team with inventory, tracking, lead times and other various inquiries.
· Creating labels for incoming containers.
· Reviewing and revising sample requests and orders as needed.
· Complete administrative tasks, such as filing and recording sales.
· Separating International and US orders.
· Assisting Warehouse Manager and upper management with various projects or tasks as needed.
