Junior Logistics Coordinator (Korean/English Bilingual)

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to support our management team. This role involves preparing timely reports, light bookkeeping, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and provide necessary reports in a timely manner to support management decisions.
• Conduct light bookkeeping duties.
• Demonstrate high proficiency in using Excel for data management and reporting.
• Work independently while adhering to established guidelines.
• Handle additional administrative tasks and duties as required for optimal customer service.

Requirements:

• Korean Bilingual
• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work autonomously within set guidelines.
• Prior experience in logistics or accounting is preferred, but not mandatory.

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm.

Compensation and Benefits:

• A competitive salary in the range of $50,000 to $60,000, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Additional Notes: While we value experience in logistics or accounting (around 3 years preferred), we are open to considering dedicated and diligent candidates without specific experience in this field.
