Schedule: Mon-Fri (9:00a - 5:30p) *Weekends as needed*

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under general supervision, the logistics administrator will be responsible for the daily administrative and miscellaneous routines associated with the warehousing and distributions functions to maintain efficient and accurate shipping/receiving processes.
DUTIES/RESONSIBILITIES:
- Organize, compile, and update warehouse records and documentation.
- Analyze, create, and format Excel Spreadsheets
- Fully conversant with various shipping and receiving systems and demonstrable experience in efficient stock management.
- Maintains a straight line of communication to the CSR's & warehouse personnel for purposes of planning, scheduling, updating, and the delivery of product.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Maintained daily, weekly, monthly appointment system (Dock Vue).
- Maintained daily shipment records.
- Check in and sign out drivers.
- Maintained will call records such us invoices and BOLs.
- Post route driver document audit.
- Invoices export
- Enforce assessorial fees.
- Miscellaneous daily tasks.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Prior computer skills to include MS Office, Outlook, Proprietary shipping and receiving software programs, etc.
- Organizational skills, with ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to follow instructions and follow through on assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- Accurate, concise, and organized general data entry with ERP system and other shipping software tools
- 5+ years of working experience in complex warehouse and distribution environments.
- Bi-lingual (SPANISH REQUIRED)
HOURLY/ SALARY WAGE: $26/hr
