Assistant To The Director Of Education And Esthetician

ClarityRx is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Esthetician, Educator and Assistant to help coordinate trainings, execute trainings and other daily assistant tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for aiding and partnering in the implementation and assessment of ClarityRx trainings and best practices to maximize the success of our accounts. You will help spa employees advance their skills and knowledge of critical business practices including, but not limited to, our products, selling and service, processes, and brand culture.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Become a leading expert in ClarityRx products, mission, vision, values and service model.
• Travel to New Spa Openings to train all levels of employees (Estheticians, Front Desk, Owners/Managers) on topics including but not limited to – brand, product expertise, selling and service excellence.
• Train on Esthetic treatment protocols and best practices.
• Host cluster trainings or regional group trainings based on business needs.
• Help implement and facilitate onboarding program for new spa employees.
• Partner closely with Director of Education to assess needs and identify learning gaps
• Provide timely and proactive training feedback and assessments to Director of Education to continually evolve training effectiveness.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Additional Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources, to support ongoing education initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions and other industry events, such as scheduling, venue arrangements, and materials preparation.
• Provide support during training sessions, including technical assistance, participant registration, and ensuring a smooth flow of activities.
• Conduct follow-up activities post-training, such as surveys or assessments, to gather feedback and measure training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales and Marketing, to align training initiatives with business objectives and product launches.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies to continuously enhance training programs.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of training databases and documentation to track employee progress and certifications.
• Serve as a point of contact for training-related inquiries and provide ongoing support to spa employees as they implement new skills and knowledge into their roles.
• Monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
• Assist in the evaluation of training methodologies and tools, recommending improvements or modifications to enhance learning outcomes.
• Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and professional development opportunities to contribute ideas and stay engaged with company initiatives.

• Minimum 5+ years working as an Esthetician, preferably with ClarityRx line.
• Demonstrated ability in public speaking and content facilitation across varying levels of experience and knowledge.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $46.87 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
