In this role, you will be an integral part of the B2B Order Management team, playing a vital role in driving Logistics Plus’s client’s hardware business forward. You'll leverage your supply chain expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless order processing, tracking, and Fulfillment for our international B2B customers across the US, Canada, and LATAM.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Order Management Rockstar: You'll own all aspects of the order management lifecycle, from receipt and confirmation to exception handling, release, and Fulfillment. Ensuring all orders meet our client’s high service level agreements will be your top priority.
- Customer Champion: You'll be the first line of defense for resolving any post-fulfillment issues faced by our B2B customers. Working diligently, you'll ensure prompt and complete resolutions to customer concerns and chargebacks.
- Process Improvement Guru: You'll have the opportunity to analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement across order management, fulfillment, and warehouse operations. Your ideas will directly contribute to streamlining our client’s B2B hardware business.
- 3PL Master: You'll gain valuable experience in managing 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) warehouses, ensuring efficient and coordinated operations.
- Supporting the Big Players: You'll have the incredible opportunity to directly support our client's most critical B2B customers, including industry giants.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or related field
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, order fulfillment, or a related field.
- A strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- A meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment is a plus.
- Experience working with spreadsheets (Google sheets a plus!)
- Experience with SQL
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience managing 3PL warehouses.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must!).
