Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to join our team. Includes collaboration with team members, customers, and prospects with an emphasis on bringing projects through completion by tracking the milestones.
This role is perfect for someone who is excellent on the phone and written word, possesses outstanding interpersonal skills and thrives in a multitasking environment with efficiency and a positive attitude. Basically, we are seeking a good communicator who can juggle a lot of things!
Sales support responsibilities include being a right-hand person to the owners who collaborates with team members, customers, and prospects, having an emphasis on bring projects forward. Projects include:
- Engaging with clients over the phone in a friendly and professional manner
- Augmenting communications as new clients smoothly process from sales through training onto ongoing service
- Ensuring that daily service requests are addressed
- Assisting with sales operations by helping to manage leads and monitor ongoing campaigns
Administrative responsibilities include:
- Assisting the accounts payable organization and analyze legitimacy of bills
- Monitoring and supporting with collections for accounts receivables
- Coordinating facility maintenance tasks
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles
- Preference for background experience in sales support.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid with technology
- Proficient on the computer with file management
- Required to operate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
