Order Fulfillment Specialist

General Overview: We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage our loose laboratory-grown gemstone inventory, oversee processing, and ensure efficient Order Fulfillment. This role encompasses customer service duties, inventory management, and various administrative tasks to support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer support to our retail clients through verbal and written communication.
• Enter, process, and invoice orders for loose gemstones with precision and adherence to procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area conducive to efficient operations.

Gemstone Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate inventory records, including stocking locations and filing procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels of loose stones.
• Fulfill loose stone orders promptly.
• Conduct annual inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
• Generate Purchase Orders for loose stones.
• Process returns with meticulous attention to detail.
• Carefully inspect returned merchandise for any damage.

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain accurate inventory records, including stocking locations and filing procedures.
• Handle shipping logistics efficiently.
• Maintain organized filing systems.
• Assist with printing tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Applications.
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and order processing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective customer interaction.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and efficiently multitask.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
