Fulfillment Specialist

Join our distribution center team, responsible for fulfilling customer orders by picking, packing, and shipping products. Ensure daily replenishment of inventory and assist in customer returns processing, including refurbishment and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Handle order fulfillment: picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.
• Maintain daily replenishment of active inventory.
• Process customer returns, including invoicing, refurbishment, data entry, and restocking.
• Organize and clean warehouse facilities on a daily basis.
• Report to the Distribution Center Supervisor for coordination and guidance.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with pick-pack-ship, returns, and inventory processes is beneficial.
• Demonstrates high personal and professional integrity, adaptability, and effective prioritization.
• Comfortable in a small, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, willing to be hands-on.
• Persistent, deadline-oriented, and committed to completing tasks/projects.
• Values team collaboration and enjoys contributing to growth from start-up to an established brand.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential.
• Physical requirements include standing, sitting, computer work, clear written and verbal communication, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Adheres to appropriate warehouse attire and closed-toe shoes.

Hourly Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour.
