We source our succulent plants from locally grown family-owned nurseries. Every day we receive fresh succulents that are hand-picked to ensure exceptional quality of every single garden.
Our company is a dynamic and growing business in both ecommerce and corporate gifting. We are rapidly expanding our team and are so excited to be hiring in our Customer Service department!
What You'll Do
- Order processing and fulfillment across different online platforms; including printing order slips, creating shipping labels, sorting/organizing orders, providing daily order counts, and scheduling deliveries
- Customer support through email and phone; resolve inquiries and issues for customers in a positive and professional manner
Who You Are
- Detail oriented; extremely organized and always striving to do the best possible job with any given task!
- Problem-solver with experience in customer resolution, using professional and friendly verbal and written communication.
- Computer savvy individual educated in Google Suite Applications; Gmail, Sheets, Drive, etc. (E-Commerce experience with platforms like Shopify and Shipworks also a huge plus!)
- Flexible to work more hours on weekends and during holiday season if needed.
- Willing to help at the warehouse when needed.

Compensation: $19-22 - potential for increased rate dependent on skill level and experience!
