This position is open to remote, must be near one of our office locations in Tustin, CA or Tampa, FL.
The Fulfillment Technical Support Specialist plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive technical and production support to our Fulfillment team. This position involves meticulously documenting processes and procedures, ensuring clarity and efficiency within the team's operations. Leading the charge in updating all documentation related to products, procedures, quality standards, and communication protocols, this role is instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing processes and reducing costs. By actively contributing to our goals of cost reduction and maintaining high-quality standards, the Specialist helps steer the team towards greater efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, this position serves as a primary liaison with our vendors, collaborating closely with internal IT and business stakeholders to strategize and facilitate seamless transitions.
Job Summary Details:
- Engage with team to document all processes and procedures, updating existing documentation and gaining appropriate approvals. Work with quality management team to update processes and procedures.
- Spearhead changes and testing for software vendors- engage with new processes and seek opportunities for improvement. Primarily responsible for transition to electronic fulfillment where available.
- Test and document system output as part of quality assurance protocols- document these processes and create a system for risk management/control and reporting.
- Interface between process owners, finance, IT, and Fulfillment.
- Work in a collaborative environment with Eligibility, IT and/or end-users for process refinement and issue resolution.
- Identify potential process improvements, including those necessitated by HIPAA and other regulatory entities.
- Prepare and update ongoing reports as needed, including executive summary of cost saves, risk management and key updates. Also help support in publishing monthly reports regarding volume, quality and key initiative updates.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
- High School or GED-High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in mailroom operations and/or fulfillment production for high-volume mid or large size corporation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Distinguishing Characteristics of a Level II Technical Support Specialist:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in mailroom operations and/or fulfillment production for high-volume mid or large size corporation.
- Prior experience in technical writing and/or process documentation.
- Prior experience in working with our vendors, including vendor management, invoice approval and continuous improvement.
- Prior experiencing completing executive summary reports and monthly summary reports regarding volume, quality and key initiative updates.
- Six Sigma and previous demonstration of process improvement required.

Compensation:
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary for this position is $67,000 - $85,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at LIBERTY, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any, final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
