The Client Selection Secretariat Analyst processcases through the four stages of the CSEMprocess (Trigger, Build the Case, Decisioning and Execution), contacting trigger initiators if any information is missing, collating customer information from core banking systems, function and product lines and engaging with the Business/Wealth Centers, FC Advisory, and other SMEs to ensure complete information is captured within the case and the meeting pack.
As our Client Selection Secretariat Analystyou will:
- Support actions required to address Client Selection and Exit Management Team financial crime risk and risk appetite matters
- Engage extensively with the offshore Mexico team to provide guidance and leading/monitoring Client Selection and Exit Management Team activities with respect to build the case and exit executions
- Review the quality and completeness of case details ensuring that connected parties and any cross line of business/cross border connectivity are identified
- Engage with cross line of business/cross border counterparts in complex cases with differing levels of risk or recommendation ensuring that the decision-making outcome is discussed and agreed, or escalated, prior to commencing execution
- Facilitate execution of decisions by engaging with execution partners and ensuring all activities are being carried out through closure
- Ensure adherence to SLAs or Risk Mitigation actions as appropriate for constraints
For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $82,600.00 and $123,900.00
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
