Our Gothenburg loan team has a unique opportunity for a motivated, hardworking, detail-oriented employee with proven customer service skills. The individual would need to be able to adapt quickly to a fast paced environment and be able to balance a variety of projects at one time. The scope of responsibility for this position includes:
Essential Functions:
- Provide legendary customer service to internal and external customers
- Assist lending officers with processing new consumer, commercial, and agricultural loan applications, extensions, and other documentation as necessary
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as answering the phone, copying, reviewing documents, and compiling reports
- Assist customers with banking needs
- Assist in the preparation of loan reports as necessary
- Maintain a current knowledge of lending guidelines and loan policies
- Take pride in enhancing lives with a "can do" attitude
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Banking experience is preferred but not necessary. We will train the right applicant for the position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to quickly learn new software

Compensation: Negotiated based on experience
