Dordick Law Corporation, an award winning civil litigation personal injury law firm, is seeking a Legal Secretary/Receptionist for our downtown Riverside location. This is not a remote or hybrid position. You must be willing and able to work at our Riverside office.
DESCRIPTION
As a legal secretary and receptionist at Dordick Law, you’ll be working with an exceptionally talented team of dedicated legal practitioners in our beautiful historic Riverside location. - Answering multiline phones
- Scheduling and meeting preparation
- Ordering supplies and requesting maintenance
- Preparing letters and other legal communications
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Required Skills:
- Two years of experience as a receptionist or legal secretary
- Must be adept in Office365 and comfortable with CRM/CMS
Other Desired Characteristics:
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
