Past law firm experience, particularly in firms providing counsel in/for community associations, real estate and/or corporate law is strongly preferred. Litigation experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
- Ability to directly and effectively support attorneys in all aspects of their work
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Office suite
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
