About YOU:
Our firm is looking for a Legal Recruiter with Talent Aquisition experience, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. You as the Recruiter should have great time management skills, be comfortable with cold calling, and be comfortable with managing assigned roles on your own. You should be able to successfully collaborate with department managers on a regular basis. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. The responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our firm attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. You should also have a clear understanding of Phoenix, California, and Utah markets when it comes to hiring Attorneys and other legal support.
Responsibilities
- Update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges, etc.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes through screen calls.
- Report to Recruiting Manager on recruitment updates.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field or related experience.
- Clear understanding on what different positions require/ how to appropriately screen for specific roles.
- Hands on experience with various selection processes.
- Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
