Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our battery sales team at Sterling Power In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and achieving revenue targets in the battery sales market. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the battery sales market.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, setting clear sales goals, providing guidance and support, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels, to drive sales growth and market penetration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the battery industry, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for Sterling Power
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with company objectives and customer needs.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product innovation, differentiation, and competitive advantage in the battery market.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for sales strategy and improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism in all sales activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with a track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets, preferably in the battery industry or related field.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence decision-makers at all levels.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of developing and executing sales strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and driving business results.
Knowledge of battery technology, energy storage systems, and related industries is preferred but not required.
Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, industry events, and sales activities.

Pay: $38.96 - $46.91 per hour
