```Job Summary:``` We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Worker to join our team. The Office Worker will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position that requires computer literacy and excellent organizational skills. ```Duties:``` - Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails - Maintain office supplies and inventory - Assist with event planning and coordination - Transcribe documents and prepare reports - Provide administrative support to staff members - Manage calendars and schedule appointments - Assist with data entry and record keeping - Handle incoming and outgoing mail ```Requirements:``` - Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred - Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a bonus - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information If you are a motivated individual with strong administrative skills, we encourage you to apply for this position.
