We are accepting applications for a self-motivated Legal Receptionist for our growing law firm.
This is not your typical small law firm.
We have a very “family” oriented culture, where each member’s voice is heard and respected.
Each firm member, whether it be the partners or staff, plays a significant role in the growth of the firm, and is treated as such! We focus on what matters most—providing high quality legal services to our community members, while also enjoying the work that we do, in the environment that we do it.
Our next Legal Receptionist will be a hard-working, team player responsible for working directly with clients and other firm members, primarily answering the firm's incoming calls, greeting and seating clients when they come in for meetings, organizing and maintaining client information, preparing letters, and performing various administrative functions. The firm handles primarily estate planning, probate, elder law and business planning.
The preferred candidate will be passionate about client service, be extremely organized, have a strong eye for attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Above all else, we are looking to add a dedicated individual to our "team", who will take pride in contributing to the firm's excellence and growth.
Candidate must be willing to learn our online databases, have excellent time management skills (or be willing to learn), be able to monitor deadlines, and possess a strong working character so that each task is treated as highly important.
Other requirements include the following:
- A minimum of 1+ years working as an Administrative Professional
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Office 365
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proactive personality
While skills are required, the candidate's personality, character, intelligence, and integrity will be paramount considerations.
This position is a more than a job. For the right candidate, it’s a career and will result in personal and professional growth.
Please forward your resume, salary requirements, and references. Please also tell us why you are the person we’re looking for. In your cover letter, we ask that you somehow incorporate your favorite color so that we can tell you have read the entire job description and that you are paying attention.
We look forward to your responses.
Thank you for considering a position with us!
