Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Legal Assistant to join our team. As our ambassador of first impressions, you will provide administrative support to our legal team and assist in various legal tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills.
Duties:
- Answer the phone and greet client
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare correspondence and order medical records
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Skills:
- administrative experience or a commit to learn
- Ability to multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records and files
- Ability to file documents electronically or physically as required
- Strong written communication skills on the phone and in correspondence
