Position: Legal Assistant/Paralegal
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
- College degree required; certification preferred
- Proficiency with Adobe, Excel, and MS Office is a must
- Knowledge of NetDocs and Clio is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients, potential clients, experts, and witnesses
- Excellent people skills
Responsibilities:
- Case management logistics and document management
- E-filing in Federal and State courts, drafting pleadings and discovery
- Reviewing medical records and preparing discovery responses
- Communication with potential clients, clients, experts, and witnesses
- Trial support
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
