JOB DUTIES:
- Corresponding with the insurance companies to discuss liability and case status
- Sending letters of representation to insurance companies
- Coordinating vehicle repair or total loss payment with the insurance company
- Assisting clients in scheduling doctor appointments
- Requesting police reports and medical records
- Translating for the attorney in meetings/calls with Spanish-speaking clients
- Maintaining and updating the database of clients and their case information
- Providing clients with status updates regarding their respective cases
- Scheduling meetings/conference calls for the attorneys

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual (Fluent Spanish)
- Full-Time
- Well organized
- Excellent customer service
- Proficient in basic computer programs (ie: Email, Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude/Team player
- Willingness to go above and beyond
- Good follow through on tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
