Legal Assistant

Location: San Francisco, CA (HYBRID)

Pay: $33-35 per hour

Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for assisting in organization of legal documents for the global organization

· Compiles and reviews documents per requests from internal and external parties

· Assists in the processing of contract reviews, working with other departments as needed

Requirements

· 2 or more years of relevant experience (legal experience with corporate law or in-house)

· Paralegal certification/training or some college is a plus.

· Strong experience and expertise with Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Dropbox

· Ability to work independently while managing changing priorities and projects

· Experience writing effective and diplomatic correspondence

· Legal Assistant must have excellent attention to detail, organization and planning, confidentiality and problem solving abilities
