Job Title:Legal Assistant - Production specialist

Location: Anaheim, CA

Shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Pay range: $52.000 - $60.000 per year

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Production Specialist to join our team in Anaheim, CA.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Review work orders to identify items needed for production.

· Ensure accuracy in processing work orders according to clients' requests, paying meticulous attention to detail.

. The right candidate will have the overall responsibility of producing and packaging legal transcripts for clients

· Prepare transcripts and exhibits as per specifications, including court records transcripts.

· Utilize various printer machines to scan and print exhibits.

· Perform light lifting tasks up to 25lbs.

Minimum Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· Demonstrated high-quality writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

· Professional judgment demonstrated through work and education history, showing the ability to multitask and meet demanding assignments under tight deadlines in a team-oriented environment

· Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality.

DesiredExperience:

· Comfort with writing reports, analyzing, and summarizing data from diverse sources.

· Ability to deliver work on a timeline.
