- 5+ years of Legal Administrative / executive level experience.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office with emphasis on PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
- Experience using iManage preferred.
- Executive experience working with attorneys.
- Real Estate or financial experience preferred.
- Strong calendar management experience.
- Ability to convert PDF documents to Word, perfectly formatted and edited.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, editing, attention to detail.
Hybrid work schedule going onsite Tue/Wed/Thurs.
Hourly pay is flexible depending on experience.
Ideal candidate will have the desire to obtain full time, permanent employment.
