Position Summary

Briefly, Rimon’s support company, has an immediate opening for a part-time Trusts and Estates Administrative Assistant. This position will work in office and mainly support our San Francisco attorneys but will also provide support ,as needed, to other partners and the legal support department. The ideal candidate has prior law office experience, and is collaborative, detail-oriented, organized, and self-sufficient, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Efficient scanning and sorting of incoming mail to ensure timely distribution within the office.
  • Providing general office support as needed, including but not limited to filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assisting with document management tasks, including preparing, organizing, and storing paperwork.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Supporting office staff with additional projects and tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a legal office setting is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and equipment.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in office administration or a relevant field is a plus.

Compensation: $18- $23/hour, commensurate with experience.
