Chief Marketing Officer

National is currently seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to join the senior executive team in our NY Headquarters on the south shore of Long Island. Alternatively, this position may office out of our CT Corporate Offices in Wethersfield, CT.

What You Will Do:

· In partnership with NHCA’s centers, lead and coordinate the activities of our sales and marketing teams comprised of regional leaders, marketing, sales, census management, and corporate communications professionals

· Operate as a strategic visionary to reimagining the post-acute space

· Develop long-range revenue goals and objectives

· Review and analyze activity, cost, operational, and forecast data to determine progress toward stated census, revenue goals, and objectives

· Review achievements and discuss required changes to goals or objectives with leadership team, based upon trend analysis and internal or external influences

· Serve as a member of the Executive Committee

· Demonstrate leadership and change management experience

· Make effective and persuasive presentations to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

· Other related duties as assigned

· Extensive project management & coordination experience

· Strong interpersonal Skills

· Outstanding written and oral communication

· Proven ability to partner and collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders

· Demonstrated leadership and change management experience

· Ability to develop long term strategies and support tactical implementation/execution

· Innovative mindset; original and creative thinking to meet challenges with resourcefulness

· Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in health care management, marketing and sales

· Extensive experience in long-term health care business development, marketing, and census management

· Must be able to travel as needed, up to 50% of the time.
