Lead social worker or mental health counselor

Addiction Recovery Services is seeking a full (40 hour) or part time (20 hour) MSW, MA or MS to lead clinical services for intensive outpatient programming. Responsibilities include facilitation of emotional processing and psycho-educational groups; individual case management; individual therapy and crisis intervention; aftercare planning; record keeping; and insurance utilization review.

Hourly wage is $40/hr plus incentives could earn you as much as $120,000 annually for full time work and $60,000 annually for 20 hours a week.

Independent licensure preferred, but candidates seeking Master's level licensing for NH or MA will be able to receive licensure supervision from a dually licensed and experienced supervisor.

Motivational interviewing and cognitive/dialectical behavioral therapy training and experience a plus. Curriculum provided that makes understanding these evidence based practices easy and accessible for people.
