Are you a highly motivated and experienced Law Office Manager looking to settle into a long-term opportunity with a women-owned law firm? Then we have a great opportunity for you!
This is a Direct Hire M-F Office Manager opportunity at a boutique law firm specializing in Native American and Environmental Law.
Office Manager Job Duties:

  • Bookkeeping
  • Client billing
  • AP/AR
  • Payroll
  • Clerical duties (phones, data entry, appointment scheduling, etc.)

Office Manager Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Office Manager Qualifications:
  • 3+ years Office Management experience, preferably in a law firm setting
  • 2+ years QuickBooks experience
  • Strong attention to detail and experience handling confidential information
  • Experience in Microsoft and Mac products/software
  • Ability to multitask

Pay: $25-30 DOE
Benefits:

Location: Paradise Valley
  • Not bus accessible, must have own form of transportation
