The Construction Accountant will play a vital role in our finance department, specifically focusing on accounting functions related to construction projects such as job costing, manage financial transactions, prepare reports, & ensure accurate accounting records for all construction-related items.
This is an in office, full- time Direct Hire opportunity Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm!?
Accountant Job Duties:
- Data Entry & Tracking such as Job Costing
- Track change orders and budget revisions
- Coding - Utilize Yardi job cost payables function to include coding
Pay: 67,724K - 75K
Accountant Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or equivalent
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Yardi Voyager accounting software
- 5+ years commercial real estate accounting
