KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Key Account Coordinator to work onsite in Irvine CA for our E-Commerce client.

The Key Account Coordinator is to facilitate the profitable digital and physical shelf growth of our business in all product categories, strengthen relationships within their respective accounts and drive new business through implementation of new company strategies and cultivation of current customers. Key Account Coordinators must focus their time on these activities that achieve the strategic, financial and product development goals of the company. This role requires cross-functional alignment with R&D, production, creative, order management, logistics, finance and customer service teams to grow the business.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

eCommerce Accounts

  • Deliver sales targets by implementing Digital Shelf strategies on retailer sites including product assortment, new product launches, content management, retail pricing & promotions, search rankings, consumer ratings and reviews
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure that product and Digital Shelf strategies, including copy (SEO optimized), images, Amazon A+ and video, drive visibility and conversion of consumers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product data in Salsify is accurate in order to efficiently syndicate product data across customers
  • Audit retail websites on a regular basis to ensure products are live, variant links products are displaying as planned. Identify opportunities for potential enhancements.
  • Monitor product pricing, benchmark competitors, and observe trends in order to make informed recommendations
  • Maintain a promotional calendar of sale events and submit before deadlines. Conduct post promotional analysis to draw conclusions for future events strategies
  • Prepare marketing recommendations, including full ROI analysis, to driving incremental revenue while maximizing the digital marketing spend.
  • Feedback retailer communication and consumer reviews to merchandising teams to support product or packaging improvements
  • Partner with Logistics to review retailer scorecards to maintain KPIs that ensure we are providing the best possible service to the customers
  • Analyze internal and external KPI reporting to identify opportunities for sales growth.

Omni Accounts

  • Independently manage account management activities for assigned customer accounts
  • Conduct marketplace competitive analysis in different distribution/retail channels
  • Coordinate strategic meetings for future new product launches and placements
  • Review and update programs with each customer accounts on a yearly basis
  • Collaborate with corporate legal team to update and finalize sales agreement addendums and on-board new accounts
  • Communicate between corporate finance team and customers on balances and payments
  • Assist in maintaining customer relationships and business development opportunities
  • Communicate with Account Executives and Product Verticals to identify opportunities for new SKUs
  • Work closely with R&D to communicate customer's product needs as part of product development process.
  • Lead administrative activities related to meeting preparation and samples coordination
  • Communicate and coordinate import/export activities and logistics with teams overseas
  • Maintain Excel spreadsheets with product information, pricing and inventory information
  • Communicate the needs of the accounts to the teams in China via daily e-mail and weekly conference calls, which could include material selection, design modifications, sample requests, sourcing, pricing, delivery times and inventory information, etc.
  • Communicate with the Graphics team in Irvine regarding marketing materials
  • Travel domestically and internationally (minimal travel required).
  • This position requires communication and cooperation amongst all departments and includes communications with the Asia office at various hours of the day, sometimes night

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-5+ years of ecommerce experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to learn and quickly understand complex Digital Shelf Management processes
  • Ability to take ownership of key sales tasks and drive results independently.
  • Understanding of supply chain and furniture is preferred
  • Must have strong time management and organizational skills
  • Effective cross functional collaboration with internal and external teams
  • Intermediate to advanced MS office skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organize and prioritization skills
