Account Coordinator
Are you seeking to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven, highly-creative agency environment? We’re now seeking a savvy Account Coordinator to join the collaborative marketing team in our San Diego, CA office.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with seasoned account and creative teams, as well as specialists, to execute results-driven marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain a working-level understanding of assigned clients' industries, company culture, products/services and strategic communication plans
  • Continually seek ways to add value to the client-agency relationship
  • Perform a variety of duties to support the execution of campaigns which may include coordinating ad submissions and barter fulfillments, managing client’s social media communities, maintaining up-to-date website content, coordinating email deployment and conducting primary and secondary qualitative and quantitative research
  • Participate in kick-off meetings and creative concept development
  • Monitor and report overall campaign performance (external) to ensure client goals are achieved
  • Create and submit invoices and PO
  • Open new projects and close completed projects in project management software
  • Support the implementation of campaign tactics and timeline
  • Proofread internal and client proofs
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a marketing agency, association, or related B2B marketing position
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in marketing, communications, public relations, psychology or general business) preferred
  • Superior language and grammar skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • A great attitude, a willingness to learn and master new skills, and a commitment to excellence
