Job Description
Our Client an international manufacturer of supplies for the winemaking industry, seeks to engage an additional in house Senior Accounts Coordinator for its Western division.
Account Coordinators are responsible for providing efficient and courteous service and keeping professional relationships with the customers to meet the customers needs.
In collaboration with other departments, the Account Coordinator keeps customers informed on progress throughout the completion of their order.
to be considered for this role, you must be from the high end bottles for the wine and spirits industries or from a related industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing Customers orders from reception to delivery in collaboration with the other departments.
- Maintain all customers files on the IT System (SAP).
- Provide day to day support to the Sales Managers
- Handle all day to day phone and email communications with customers and other external parties.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 or more years of Successful and stable similar experience ( e.g. Account Coordinator, Customer Service, Inside Sales.....) in the same or in a related industry.
- Working Proficiency in MS Office and SAP (2 years minimum).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong Communication and influencing Skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations and customers with tact and towards positive outcomes.
- Potential to grow into a more senior role.
