Job Description
Circle Twice provides full IT Servies to our clients, we are looking for an IT Services Technician II with strong knowledge and experience in providing world-class IT service delivery. This position will be responsible for supporting IT services and is responsible for service delivery and customer satisfaction. The team member in this position must have strong overall IT technical skills, while also having excellent customer services/interaction skills and superior organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be flexible and flourish in a fast paced and challenging environment. The team member should be a self-starter and have excellent motivation, leadership, and ingenuity to excel in this position.
This position is onsite 50-75% and remote work from home when not onsite. Onsite work will be primarily in the Seattle metro area.
Responsibilities:
· Provide 1st and 2nd tier IT support across the full range of IT services.
· Deliver and set up desktop equipment for new hires at multiple Seattle locations.
· Team member must have the ability to take on other projects and training as needed.
Primary Focus:
- Installs, maintains and upgrades computer hardware and software systems and other common technology/devices
- Troubleshoots software and hardware issues
- Maintains a secure system environment
- Documents case work in detail, including new processes and customer-specific details
Additional Responsibilities (as position grows):
- Proposes and implements systems enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of internal/external systems
- Trains personnel on system usage
- Assists with recommending, scheduling, and implementing system hardware and/or software upgrades or repairs
- Researches, evaluates, and recommends software and hardware products
- Provides new hardware specifications to users based on application needs and anticipated growth
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- Associates degree in information technology or computer science or two or more years of experience in computer operations or certification from technical school or related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Desktop/laptop troubleshooting
- Activity Directory, Office 365
- VoIP phone systems
- Basic Routing and Switching
- A firm understanding in basic hardware and ethernet standards is required
- Valid Driver's License, an acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation
- Must be physically fit enough to regularly lift 25 lbs. for duties such as delivering computer, unpacking and rack-mounting equipment, etc.
- Must be willing to work extended hours and overtime as needed.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
- A+, Network+, MCSE, and other technical certifications preferred but not required.
- Should be comfortable working with critical and sensitive systems, with a sense of urgency appropriate to the responsibilities.
- Ability to address and resolve information technology issues promptly, effectively, and independently.
- Motivated self-starter personality: able to work independently, excellent written, verbal and phone communications skills are highly desired.
- Previous experience in Support Desk, Help Desk or Deskside Services

Education
Associates degree and 3 years' experience in Computer Science or Management Information Systems or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
