Division IT Support Technician
Bothell, WA
Our client, a local residential developer and home builder, is looking for an IT Support Technician to join their growing team. In this role, you'll provide assistance for the division's computer components, encompassing both hardware and software, along with support for printers, copiers, and phones. You'll be managing various responsibilities, such as addressing network and wireless issues, creating user accounts, and configuring and setting up PCs.
Division IT Support Technician Responsibilities:
- Provide user support for CRM applications, Microsoft Office, and web tools.
- Collaborate with teams to discuss IT needs.
- Maintain copiers, phones, printers, computers, networks, websites, and software.
- Set up systems in new offices, including workstations and basic network/printing.
- Manage computer inventory, including maintenance and upgrades.
- Administer user accounts and groups on all systems.
- Conduct business professionally, emphasizing responsive customer service.
- Be flexible for overtime and overnight travel across the Northwest.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment and services.
- Conduct staff training on hardware and applications.
- Handle additional duties and projects as assigned.
Division IT Support Technician Background:
- High school diploma/GED required, any further education is a plus.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience and/or training.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for local travel to sales offices/construction sites.
- Proficient in MS Office and email.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly, 50 pounds frequently, and potentially 100 pounds occasionally.
- Effective communication, customer service, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Multi-tasking ability with attention to detail.

Compensation: $60K - $75K (DOE) + annual bonus of up to $8K
