We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the integrity of the company’s IT systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
• Ensure the security of our networks and systems by implementing best practices and security protocols.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues for both remote and onsite users.
• Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring proper access levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, It or related field.
• Experience in IT support or similar role
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Proficiency in operating systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting
