The Help Group is the largest, most innovative, and comprehensive nonprofit of its kind in the United States serving children, adolescents, and young adults with special needs related to autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, ADHD, developmental delays, abuse, and emotional challenges. We are currently adding an IT Specialist to our team who will be responsible for the setting up of computer networks and operating systems and communicating regularly with our users.
We are seeking a dynamic IT Specialist to join our team. The IT Specialist owns the critical responsibilities of maintaining the computer systems for our users, collect information and research solutions and analyze possible resolutions to issues.
What we need from you:
- Proficient in; Windows OS, Microsoft Office suites Anti-virus enterprise software, Active Directory, Windows Servers, Windows Deployment Services TCP/IP, MS Exchange email server, Cloud Technology, and VMWare experience a plus.
- Set up computer networks and operating systems
- Troubleshoot users' issues as they arise Learn new hardware and software to be supported Care for all computer-related equipment, workstations and including workstations and printers printers and Install new software Report to work place during regularly scheduled work hours as assigned by the Director of Information Technology.
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment.
- Know and follow all Agency emergency procedures for any or simulated emergency.
- Able to lift computer boxes or related IT equipment up to 45 lb
- A valid CA driver's license, current insurance and a driving safety record that acceptable to The Help Group insurance carrier are required.

Salary Rate: $ 22.00 - $ 25.00 Hourly rate.
