QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
- 3+ years of advanced Information Technology experience providing helpdesk and database systems oversight and support. Degree or industry certification strongly preferred.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Position Specific
IT Systems Support
- Provide IT support to the agency by processing incoming IT Helpdesk trouble tickets, including troubleshoot reported problems and consult with IT Manager as needed
- Collaborate with IT Manager to assess needs and implementation of computer hardware, software, upgrades, and patches as required
- Maintain, configure and troubleshoot computer server, workstation, network and peripheral equipment
- Implement, support, train, maintain and dispose of IT and related technology equipment, including server and workstation hardware and software, mobile phones, AV equipment and peripheral devices
- Process all new requests to setup logon and e-mail accounts and technology equipment for new employees
- Maintain data systems security and integrity including backups and recovery
Electronic Health Record systems product support and training liaison
- Provide support to the agency for the Electronic Health Record systems. Coordinate and refer support to IT Manager, as needed
- Support business continuity by assisting in Electronic Health Record systems' maintenance, programming, training and user guide development
Staff Training
- Create documentation and training guides for staff to use IT systems
- Conduct training sessions as required to staff for IT related systems
Special Projects
- Assist management with special projects/requests

- Performs all duties in a manner consistent with the principles and values of agency, while adhering to applicable professional codes of ethics, the agency's policies and procedures, contractor requirements, and regulatory requirements.
- Model and communicate appropriate positive attitudes toward the agency's Mission, Vision, and Values
- Work collaboratively with all agency programs and staff to provide support as needed
- Utilize and maintain calendar with all work-related details in order to manage time effectively and share calendar information with coworkers
- Participate in on-going training to expand and develop professional skills
- Perform other duties as necessary for the agency, as assigned
Employment At-Will
Employment at the Agency is terminable at-will, which means that employment may be
terminated at any time, without cause or reason, by either the employee or the Agency. In
addition the Agency may also demote, layoff, transfer or reassign employees at any time at its
sole discretion without cause or reason.

Starting Salary Range: $23.00 - $26.30 DOE
