Inventory Lead

REN Athletics - a fresh, fun, and rapidly growing sports apparel company is looking for a talented person to join our team as an . Bonus points if you know volleyball apparel and have a passion for the game of volleyball (not required!).We are a thriving nationally-based company located in McKinney, Texas. While we are centrally located in the United States, the volleyball teams that we partner with span all across the nation.

Inventory Lead

Job Type: Full-time

Location: On-Site in McKinney, Texas

Compensation: Salary (negotiable, dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Finance Teams to oversee inventory systems
• Be the in-house PRO for all things Excel
• Own daily inventory adjustments and physical inventory cycle counts to ensure in-the-moment accuracy
• Acquire a wide range product knowledge to support current systems with the mindset of overall efficiency and accuracy

Essential Requirements:

• College degree (Bachelor or higher)
• Advanced skill level with Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, etc.
• Experience with apparel management / inventory software is a plus!
• Must be highly motivated and a self-starter; demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to effectively communicate with team members
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform the physical labor
• Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
