JOB SUMMARY:

BB&E is seeking a skilled Administrative Services Manager to provide administrative support for the Air Force Civil Engineer Center’s (AFCEC) Design and Construction Branch (CFSD) mission of environmental compliance and restoration services at JBSA-Lackland, TX

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides financial database maintenance and support, troubleshoots funding issues, analyzes invoices, and prepares payment histories.
• Proficient knowledge of DoD financial management practices and procedures, specifically DLA invoicing processes, such as WAWF, EDA, myInvoice, and Ask DFAS or equivalent systems.
• Support contract and project-level acquisition, closeout, and evidentiary matters.
• Coordinate stakeholder requirements.
• Aid data calls with entry, reconciliation, and database enhancements.
• Draft admin documents, DD Form 1354s, and support task order management.
• Inform stakeholders of acquisition, funding, and project management issues, coordinate resolution.
• Coordinate funding requests by reconciling and compiling purchase requests.
• Maintain electronic files, track and route design and construction documentation.
• Develop, support, present, and provide recommendations for training.
• Assist in dispute resolution, address equitable adjustment requests, organize documentation.

EDUCATION:

JOB QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Minimum three years of experience performing the same or similar tasks identified above.
• Experience with DoD Administrative related environments.
• Knowledge and proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Successful completion of a T-1 Trustworthiness background check for a Common Access Card (CAC), or the ability to obtain one.
• Database proficiency.
• Motivated self-starters requested.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
