The primary purpose of this position is to provide leadership to the Inventory Integrity Programs ensuring that the facility maintains accurate inventory levels.
The Inventory Integrity Team Lead will serve as the facility Inventory Management subject matter expert. They must have a full understanding of all inputs and outputs that influence inventory adjustments and levels. The Team Lead must understand the material flow throughout the facility, including all backflush points & computer systems that influence adjustments. They will need to understand the process controls and reports to successfully manage inventory accuracy. The Team Lead will need to ensure the overall Inventory Management follows Local and Corporate Policies as precisely outlined in DCN’s. The individual must possess the required technical knowledge and leadership skills to be effective in this position. The Team Lead must be an effective Problem Solver through Root Cause and Corrective Action Analysis.
What you will do:
- Provides information, record keeping or services for use by others in the execution of their job
- Interpretive, advisory or facilitating services for use by others to achieve results
- Provide Leadership to Inventory Integrity Analysts
- Provide Operation Support.
- Ensure ABC Cycle Counts are completed as scheduled.
- Review & Approve Cycle Count Adjustments.
- Provide communications & escalations of inventory discrepancies.
- Conduct Problem Solving Analysis
- Provide support to Internal & External Audits

What you will need:
- Minimum of High School Diploma; College Degree or Specialized Training Preferred
- 3-5 Years in an Inventory Management, Materials Control or Supply Chain discipline area.

- Microsoft Excel
- Sound decision-maker by the incumbent on matters of significance to management or general business operations.
- A leader who has clear directions and processes to provide to employees
- Strong collaboration outcomes.
