Location: Riverside HQ
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.

Located in Riverside, we are an online retailer of all things bike – mountain, road, e-bike, you name it. Our product offering makes for a unique work environment as there isn’t a warehouse like ours in the area. Many of our team members are avid riders, and while it isn’t a requirement for the job, you just might end up on a bike. You can expect an easy-going, welcoming and flexible atmosphere with good people.
In this job, you will manage the inventory and processes in our warranty and returns departments. This includes overseeing and solving complex customer needs. This candidate will also work with the Operations, Accounting, Merchandising and Customer Service teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Shows our customers the love in every interaction!
- Lead the warranty and returns team (approximately 4 individuals). Manage daily workflow and employee performance.
- Problem solve warranty and return issues.
- Coordinates the processing of customer returns and warranty claims in an efficient way.
- Ensures Warranty Claims are communicated to vendors and/or customers within 24 hours.
- Ensures the Returns process is completed within 24 hours.
- Works with Operations Manager to solve escalated issues.
- Moves inventory to demo/warranty/destroy warehouse as needed.
- Manages the communication with Customer Service team and vendors regarding warranty claims.
- Ensures customer invoice credits are accurately processed and vendor credits from warranty claims are directed to the appropriate channels.
- Determines best plan for returned product: resalable as new, placed into warranty, resalable as Special Inventory (distressed inventory)
- Develops and maintains KPI numbers for returns/warranty department.
- Provides an environment of support and teamwork to achieve common goals within the Operations Department.
- Other tasks as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1 -2 years warehouse or customer service leadership experience.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite, (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Demonstrated abilities in verbal and written communications
- Knowledge and experience in the bike industry is a plus!
