JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Inventory Coordinator
Job Summary
Gather and compile operational data for reporting and analysis. Assist in maintaining inventories, accounting procedures and processes.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Gather and compile pallet tickets, waste sheets, regrind tickets, and other operational data.
· Verify daily production and conduct physical spot checks.
· Make necessary inventory adjustments in M3.
· Enter operational data into daily production report in accordance with time frame.
· Interact effectively with plant personnel to solve problems and educate on paperwork requirements.
· Notify Quality Assurance of discrepancies between production paperwork and intranet hold numbers.
· Review inventory consumption on manufacturing orders and release the orders for costing when reconciliation process is complete.
· Maintain inventories in M3 system and Intranet including but not limited to ensuring that product has been released from HOLD, WIP usage has been documented correctly and inventory adjustments have been made.
· Maintain accurate filing system of inventory adjustments, bills of lading, and related paperwork.
· Conduct physical cycle counts on the production floor as needed.
· Maintain rework logs and Product Action Forms logs.
· Assist with year-end physical inventory counts on manufacturing floor and in the warehouse.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- High level of computer proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Proven ability to multi-task; effective time management skills
- Effective written, verbal and inter-personal communication skills
- Demonstrated abilities with problem solving and attentiveness to detail
- Must be capable of independent work and working as part of a team
- Must have the ability to walk on concrete floors, stand and climb stairs occasionally
- Must be able to occasionally perform work in a hot, humid environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.22 - $21.36 per hour

Education:

- Time management: 2 years (Required)
- M3: 1 year (Preferred)
