Job description

Overview:
The Manufacturing & Warehouse Parts Inventory Coordinator contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by managing the maintenance parts for the Philadelphia, PA manufacturing facility. Position reports to the Maintenance Manager.
Responsibilities:
  • Job planning and preparation
  • Maintain Maintenance (CMMS) database
  • Manage PMs, work orders, and emergency repairs
  • Reconcile parts inventory
  • Order all parts utilizing appropriate systems
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and period end inventory counts
  • Coordinate with vendors on parts sourcing and cost analysis
  • Lead period close process consistent with GCS control standards
Compensation and Benefits

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $40,000 - $63,800 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications:
Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products; specifically, Excel
  • Ability to work weekends and overtime as required
Preferred Experience, Skills and Abilities:
  • Bachelors’ degree
  • Technical aptitude around maintenance work
  • Previous experience in an inventory control function/computerized environment
