Our growing third party logistics company (3PL) seeks an Inventory Coordinator for our York, PA location.
Summary of the Job: Under moderate supervision, handle all inventory functions pertaining to customer accounts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Audit and reconcile inventory discrepancies and cycle counts
- Create and interpret various database reports
- Update and monitor database integrity
- Work Order Releases.
- Work Order system closing.
- Work Order material backlog.
- Work Order material deductions.
- Sales Order release and system adjustments.
- Sales Order Fulfilment (SF) SYSTEM Management.
- Deduct used and rejected materials from the database inventory.
- Experience with PC.
- Confirm and update all inventory data enter in E1.
- Perform all job duties in a safe manner and follow all safety procedures.
- Assure compliance to ISO 9000 standards and adhere to the DCL Code of Conduct.
- Ability to analyze inventory data.
- Year End Physical Inventory experience.
- CRT Releases.
- Ability to reconcile inventory variances.
- Able to perform cycle counts and update the system.
- Skill with OUTLOOK.
- Capable with Excel.
- Experience with managing employees.
- Able to work weekends, Holiday, and Overtime.
- Boots on the ground with the Inventory Functions.
- Internal and external materials transfers.
- DCL Box Consumables Bi-Monthly cycle counts and deductions.
- Edit Table and Mis-Match daily management.
- WO Mis-Match audits and system verification.
- Cycle Count daily, weekly, and monthly lot/expiration audits.
- FEFO, FIFO, and LIFO experience.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Coordinate material transfers.
- Perform other job responsibilities, as necessary and/or assigned.
PHYSICAL/OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:
- Ability to move 25+ pounds.
- Ability to do repetitive hand motions with good manual dexterity.
- Work with computers for a majority of the day (looking into the screen and performing data entry/computer keyboarding). Therefore, must be able to sit for long periods of time.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years of Inventory Control Experience
- 1+ years of Warehouse Order Selection Experience
- 1+ years of Receiving Process Experience
- 1+ year data entry with PC experience, including Microsoft Excel and 10-key skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; good numerical checking and editing skills.
- Good communications (both verbal & written).
- Forklift Certification – Order Picker, Stand-up Reach, Sit-Down and Turret.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
