Immediately hiring an Interim HR Generalist for a large manufacturing plant on the eastside of San Antonio. Will be acting HR Manager during transition process. Must be able to oversee 200+ employees and have a working knowledge in a manufacturing environment.
Pay $21.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE

Duties:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee employee orientation, training, and development programs
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
Skills:
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and databases
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to collect and analyze data to drive decision-making processes
- Experience with interviewing candidates for various positions
