Salary- Compensation and Benefits Management
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, and any other employee assistance offerings. Responsibilities include selecting benefit vendors, negotiating benefit plan renewals, and managing open enrollment periods.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations. This includes staying updated on changes in labor legislation and adjusting company policies and practices accordingly.
- Recruitment
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other third-party service providers to support hiring needs.
- Coordinate the recruitment process with third-party recruiters, including defining job descriptions and ensuring that recruitment activities are aligned with the organization's diversity and inclusion goals.
- Monitor and assess the performance of recruitment agencies based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of candidates. Provide feedback and implement changes to recruitment strategies as necessary to improve outcomes.

- Previous experience in human resources, with a strong focus on compensation and benefits management and recruitment coordination.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
- Mandarin is preferred
